Project I.C.E. (Independence. Competency. Employment.) is an inclusive program that focuses on teaching individuals employment readiness and functional life skills. This is accomplished through a variety of formal and informal tools and assessment practices. The overarching objective of Project I.C.E. is to provide the tools necessary for individuals to achieve and maintain meaningful employment as well as increase their independent living skills. This program is intended for individuals aged 14 through adulthood.
