Join us for a 2-hour Workshop exploring the impact self-regulation has on our ability to focus and engage in the tasks required of us.
The facilitator will explore the different domains that contribute to maintaining that ‘just right’ state with an emphasis on how our underlying sensory systems play a role.
Through interaction, participants will learn the difference between our ‘thinking brain’ and our ‘survival brain’, will gain practical knowledge, and will learn how to create inclusive environments to support self-regulation for all.
This workshop is being presented by Jessica MacLean, MOT, B.Sc., Occupational Therapist.
