Alexa Annecca is an Occupational Therapist who completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary and her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta. Alexa has had the opportunity to support individuals across the lifespan in a wide range of clinical and community settings, including pediatric outpatient neurology, home care, return-to-work and vocational rehabilitation, inpatient neurology, and community mental health. Alexa is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential in activities that matter the most to them, and fostering engagement in meaningful occupations that enhance overall well-being and quality of life. Alexa utilizes a strengths-based and family-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration to identify each child’s unique strengths, interests, and personal motivations to support meaningful goal achievement. In her spare time, Alexa enjoys spending time with friends and family, and she loves getting out to the mountains to hike and recharge in nature.
